  • The main level consists of a large living room attached to a semi- open kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Coffee bar in the kitchen featuring locally roasted coffee. Pantry available for food storage. Eat-in kitchen with seating for 4 at the counter. The living room has a 65” smart TV equipped with YouTube TV, and Paramount + subscriptions and a 4 seat couch with reclining seats. The large entryway in the front of the house has a large safe to store any firearms or valuables. 


Two bedrooms on the main level with Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom one has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a TV with Chromecast. Bedroom two is just enough space to catch a great night's sleep on a sturdy twin over full bunk .
The basement is set up as the master suite with a king bed and full bathroom.

Washer and dryer available for guest use is in the basement and accessed through the basement master bedroom.

12' x 20' heated game and fish cleaning shack for your use in the backyard.

24' x 28' heated two stall garage to use as parking or gear storage.

Respectful dogs welcome in the house. Outdoor kennel also available or bring your own kennels for the garage.

About the Owner

Sam, Olivia, and Elaina are excited to welcome you to Webster, SD. We are a local Webster family and hope to offer you a clean, quality, and comfortable stay while you visit the area. Sam works in product development for a corn genetics company and Olivia works in animal health. Sam spends quite a bit of his time on the road for work so he understands the importance of feeling at home while traveling. Our daughter, Elaina, was born in July of 2021 and provides us with our daily dose of smiles and laughs as her sweet personality shines. While Tails Up Retreat started as a bit of an unintentional project, it has quickly become a fun adventure for our family. We enjoy getting to know our guests and providing quality, warm hospitality in the Webster area.
Additional contract required.
There is an additional $50/night/per guest over 6 guests.
Air conditioning unit is a mini-split located on main level living room.
Stairs to basement are steep. Please note if mobility is limited.
No door to basement bedroom.
